Pickle de Gallo

Description

A crunchy, tangy salsa made from dill pickles, red onion, jalapeños, and garlic. Perfect as a dip, topping, or meal prep staple.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup diced dill pickles

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh dill (optional)

1 tbsp pickle brine

1 squeeze lime juice

Black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Dice pickles and onion into small pieces.

2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

3. Stir well to combine.

4. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

5. Store in airtight jar for up to 7 days.


Notes

Use spicy pickles or extra jalapeños for heat.

Pairs well with grilled meats, wraps, or pasta bowls.
