Ingredients
Scale
2 lbs chicken breast
3 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season and bake chicken at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
2. Cook rice using stovetop or Instant Pot.
3. Roast or steam vegetables.
4. Divide chicken, rice, and veggies into containers.
5. Store in fridge or freeze portions.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
Reheat with splash of water to keep moist.
